Over the past year, my latest hyper-fixation has centred around birds. It started off with crows, as I developed a fascination for their behaviour and pure beauty, but that quickly evolved into all birds. Birds are forever present in our lives, but can sometimes go unnoticed because we are so used to them being there. The purpose of this project was to bring them to light, studying their personalities and characteristics. I decided to document my discoveries in the form of an album. I've focused in specifically on a handful of birds that I've had the most interactions with, capturing photos and audio recordings of them. I then translated that as best as I could into music.
